- Analyze how our Services are
used so we can improve them to engage and retain users

would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the
information and the collection is reasonable for purposes
related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a
contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
- If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant,
court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of
records
- If it was produced by an individual in the course of their
employment, business, or profession and the collection is
consistent with the purposes for which the information was
produced

We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any
third-party websites. Any data collected by third parties is not covered
by this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy
and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other
websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the
Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact
them directly to respond to your questions.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING
TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short:
We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to
collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web

our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain
the security of our Services,
prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist

(see "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" above), including facilities
in the United
States, and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA),
United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may
not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws
as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take
all necessary measures to protect your personal information in
accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses:
We have implemented measures to protect your personal
information, including by using the European Commission's
Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal
information between our group companies and between us and our
third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to
protect all personal information that they process originating
from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection

securely store your personal information and isolate it from any
further processing until deletion is possible.

designed to protect the security of any personal information we
process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure
your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet
or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals,
or other unauthorized third parties will
not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access,
steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best
to protect your personal information, transmission of personal
information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You
should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18
years of age or the equivalent
age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market
to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified
by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we
knowingly sell such personal information. By using the
Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified
by law in your jurisdiction or that you are
the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor

In Short: Depending on your state
of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom
(UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to
and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at
any time, depending on your country, province, or state of
residence.
In some regions (like the
EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data
protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request
access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to
request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the
processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to
data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated
decision-making. If a decision
that produces legal or similarly significant effects is made solely
by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors,
and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances,
you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal
information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using
the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with
applicable data protection laws.

consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to
withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at
any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in
the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing
of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing
grounds other than consent.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web
browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you
can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject
cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could
affect certain features or services of our Services. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising by
advertisers on our Services.
12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile
applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or
setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not
to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and
collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT
signals has been finalized.
As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or
any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice
not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is
adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you
about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web
browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or
legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond
to them at this time.
13. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC
PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, you may have the right
to request access to and receive details about the personal
information we maintain about you and how we have processed
it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your
